No appointment is needed for gunsmithing services. Come into our North Austin location and talk to us over the counter (our business hours are listed below.) All firearms brought in for service MUST be unloaded before entering our premises. For live round removal please give us a call before entering or come in to notify us in person and one of our staff memebers will come out and retrieve the gun from your vehicle.
For mail-in orders, please give us a call and we can process the order over the phone, we will then provide you with shipping instructions, and the work order will be submitted.
Gunsmithing orders have an average turnaround time of 3-4 weeks.
We are a Class III dealer allowing us to work on NFA items.
